What’s the difference between using a mobile phone whilst driving, and smoking a cigarette ? If you’re arsing about either lighting the damned thing, flicking it in an ashtray, or even worse out of the window, how can you concentrate on the road ? It’s about time this disgraceful pastime was outlawed. The government can get up on its high horse about Cannabis or Heroin, why can’t it apply the same rules to this far worse drug ?
